Billables AI collects and uses Google Workspace data only to provide and improve user-facing features in connection with our hosted cloud services. Any Google Workspace data that we collect is processed in accordance with Google’s User Data Policy and is not used for any other purposes beyond what is needed to provide our hosted cloud services.

“No Generalized AI Model Training with Google Workspace Data”

Billables AI does not share, transfer, or otherwise provide Google Workspace data to third parties for the purpose of developing or training generalized AI/ML models. Google Workspace data may be processed through third party-hosted AI/ML models solely to provide and improve user-facing features, but user data is not stored by the third party or used to learn from or train generalized AI/ML models.
