Dr. Megan Ma
Dr. Megan Ma is the Executive Director of Stanford’s Legal Innovation through Frontier Technology Lab (liftlab), where she leads research on the intersection of generative AI and law, exploring how legal knowledge can be translated into code and how technology shapes the future of legal education and practice.
She teaches computational law at Stanford’s Law School and Department of Computer Science and serves in multiple leadership roles across the field, including as Advisor to the PearX for AI program, Editor-in-Chief of the Cambridge Forum on AI, Law, and Governance, and Managing Editor of the MIT Computational Law Report. Dr. Ma earned her PhD in Law from Sciences Po, where she also taught courses in AI and Legal Reasoning, Legal Semantics, and Public Health Law, and has held visiting research appointments at Harvard Law School and the University of Cambridge.

Don Jaworski
Don Jaworski brings over four decades of experience scaling technology organizations and building high-performance teams across the enterprise, cloud, and data sectors. He most recently served as President and COO of Lacuna Technologies, a gov-tech startup focused on managing public digital infrastructure, and previously led SwiftStack (acquired by NVIDIA) as CEO.
Earlier, Don held senior leadership roles at NetApp, Brocade, Nokia, and Ipsilon Networks, and began his career at Sun Microsystems and Amdahl Corporation. Today, he advises and invests in early-stage startups, helping them sharpen their product focus, go-to-market strategy, and operational execution. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Andrew Ting
Andrew Ting is a seasoned legal executive, educator, and startup advisor with deep expertise spanning law, technology, and venture capital. He has led legal, compliance, and government affairs teams at fintech and SaaS companies including Panorama Education, Koalafi and Promontory MortgagePath. Andrew is currently an Executive Vice President at the American Bankers Association, providing expert counsel on fintech, artificial intelligence, and payment systems. Before in-house practice, Andrew was a Latham & Watkins corporate, intellectual property, and financial services lawyer, representing startups and Fortune 500 companies in M&A, financing and technology transactions.
Andrew also advises venture funds and early-stage startups, and teaches entrepreneurship at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business and George Washington University Law School. An active Super Angel investor with Alumni Ventures, Andrew brings strategic and operational insight into scaling innovative teams. His cross-sector experience makes him a trusted advisor as Billables AI advances its mission to modernize legal practice management through AI.
